For Energy type objects, group E indicates the tariff number. For objects like "instantaneous value", "average value", "current", "voltage", "power" this group defines the harmonic number.
•0 - the sum of tariffs and harmonics.
•1..63 - tariff number.
•1..127 - harmonic number.
•128...254 - codes defined by manufacturer.
If the parameter C=81, group E defines the angles between the voltage and current phases:
