Default COM Security Parameters
COM security parameters for applications are configured at the tab COM Security. Settings of that tab are used by all applications except applications, in which those settings are re-defined.
A path to open COM Security: Component Services –> Computers –> My Computer –> context menu –> Properties –> COM Security.
Access Permission –>Edit Limits
Warning! For both user categories, full rights must be set. There can be other user groups. The Everyone group is mandatory.
Access Permission –> Edit Default
The Everyone group is mandatory as well.
