The device added is a device configured by a user. Tags are added manually or imported from a controller, using the special built-in utility.
By default, the device contains the Failure tag in the Diagnosis group. That tag cannot be deleted; its value becomes True if communication with the device is missing.
In addition, the device contains two default tags in the ReservedChannels group for operations with reserved channels as well as the special sub-device ReadFiles for control of reading files from a device.
