Registration of OPC Servers

As a rule, OPC clients use a Windows registry in order to find OPC servers installed. Therefore, an OPC server must be registered in a registry; otherwise OPC clients cannot connect to it.

When installing Multi-Protocol MasterOPC Server, such a registration is performed automatically:

If required, you can register\unregister servers manually, using the respective shortcuts (see Description of Shortcuts ).

When installing, Multi-Protocol MasterOPC Server is not registered as a service. To do this, use the respective shortcut (see Description of Shortcuts ). The service has a name like InSAT.Multi-Protocol.Server.Service.
