OPC HDA Client is made as a plugin; it provides connection of Multi-Protocol MasterOPC Server to OPC HDA servers.
To provide a functional of OPC HDA Client, create a node OPCHDACLIENT (see The 'Add a protocol' command ), and create a device opchdaclient in that node (see The 'Add a device' command ).
The device opchdaclient includes the group Diagnosis that contains tags for diagnostics of connection with an OPC HDA server.

Main parameters of OPC HDA Client are in the Protocol Settings section:
•OPC HDA server - click the button in the line of that parameter in order to open a window to select an OPC HDA server (local or remote). Configuration of connection to an OPC HDA server is described in details in the section Connection to HDA Server. If connection to a server is established, make Creation of Tags for Exchange with HDA Server.
•Depth of archive sampling at start (days) - defines a depth of archive data read out at server start (by days)
•Maximal number of values in 1 query - defines a maximal number of values read out in 1 query from the OPC server
